AIRPORT RECEPTIONIST

Qualifications

• With a minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Airport Receptionist or similar role.
• Should be a graduate of a Hospitality Course.
• Should possess a self-driven focus on Customer and Client satisfaction
• Able to demonstrate collaboration skills, caring, positive and happy attitude
• Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Able to follow a planned roster and follow a work schedule
• Flexible and able to promote positive attitudes within the team
• Keen to maintain positive customer service relationships with all customers, suppliers, and employees.
• Able to resolve or refer concerns and complaints to appropriate representatives.
• Keen on learning about local tourist spots and attractions to provide accurate and factual information to customers
• Newly renewed passport.
• Excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Greeting passengers and checking their tickets and passports against the passenger list using computerised systems.
• Asking security questions, allocating seats and giving out boarding cards and luggage labels.
• Weighing luggage and charging the passenger extra if the luggage is overweight.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary is P60,000.00 net monthly
• Forty Eight (48) Hours per week
• Contract is One (1) year renewable.
• Food and accommodation provided.
