ACCOUNTANT

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• At least 2–4 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in a healthcare facility, medical center, or clinic is a strong advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
• Good knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Strong analytical, numerical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, accounting books, and supporting documents.
• Record daily financial transactions, including income, expenses, payments, and receipts.
• Prepare financial statements, accounting reports, and periodic financial summaries.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial records.
• Monitor clinic expenses, invoices, collections, and payment transactions.
• Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Use accounting software and Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and report financial data.
• Ensure accounting records comply with applicable accounting standards, internal policies, and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive financial information.
