Voyage International Manpower Services is a licensed recruitment/placement agency providing comprehensive human resources management services duly accredited by the Department of Labor & Employment (DOLE) and the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) in the recruitment and placement of skilled workers and professional Filipinos Land-based Overseas Workers.
Voyage International Manpower Services has also deployed various skilled workers and professionals to countries like, Australia, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Angola, Madagascar, Nigeria, Indonesia.
The company was also highly involved in the earthmoving, site preparation, construction, and development of now Hongkong’s Chek Lap kok International Airport from 1993-1997. The company had then been given the opportunity to work as sub-contractor/manpower supply of Australia’s Roche Bros. Co. Ltd., Downer & Company Ltd. And Japan’s Yamazaki’s Construction.
Majority of Voyage’ registered candidates are technical trades specialists associated with mining and construction environment, earthmoving, heavy equipment maintenance and operations, and human resources sector. A significant number are experienced Professional Engineers (Civil, Mechanical, Mining Engineers), construction workers, miners, shipbuilders (welders, millwrights, etc.) HRM, IT practitioners, and Finance and Administration.
Our Services Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Pre-selecting, recruiting, processing and documenting Filipino workers;
- Making available to the employers, pre-screened applicants as requisitioned and as maybe agreed upon by the parties, the employer shall have the final authority on the selection in Cebu, Philippines of personnel for employment and that selection shall satisfy the requirements of the employer;
- Providing facilities and services for the processing and documentation of workers rehired by the principal such forms and conditions as maybe agreed upon by the parties; and
- Facilitating medical examination, processing, documentation, mandatory briefing/ orientation on the working and living conditions at the country of employment, facilitation documentation for travel like security and police clearance, passports, arrangement of travel;
- Facilitating other mandated functions as mandated and in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Department of Labor & Employment (DOLE) and the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) Office.
