Recruitment Procedure

Recruitment is conducted through manpower pooling, advertisements, networking with schools and institutions, and government Public Employment Services Offices. Workers may also be referred by family, friends, or previous hires. Provincial recruitment and site sourcing are arranged as needed.

Final selection is made by clients or Trans Overseas based on job descriptions and skills assessments.

Documentation Assistance

All selected workers submit passports, NBI clearances, photos, and undergo medical and psychological examinations. Trans Overseas facilitates necessary certifications, school, and work record authentications as required.

Departure Assistance

We coordinate travel arrangements, including booking, issuance of prepaid tickets, and cost-effective local ticket purchases, ensuring smooth deployment to overseas employers.

Post-Departure Services

Trans Overseas provides ongoing support to workers and employers for dispute resolution, emergency contacts, and coordination with families. Vacationing workers and rehires receive assistance with ticketing, POEA processing, visa extensions, and redeployment.
