Richelle Manpower Agency, Co. is a partnership organized and commissioned on September 15, 2011. The agency started its operation on May 25, 2012 upon issuance by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) of License No. POEA-016-LB-110217-UL valid until November 03, 2018.
The company is a land-based agency processing and deploying skilled and semi-skilled workers abroad, particularly Japan. We shall also endeavor to send professionals to other parts of the world such as the Middle East, Australia, Southeast Asia, Europe and wherever Filipino workers may be needed or in demand.

Racdaes Japanese Language Training Center Inc. (formerly Racdaes Foundation, Inc.) is duly accredited by TESDA. It is tasked to teach Japanese Language to Interns before they are dispatched to Japan, at no cost to the Interns.It is also mandated to orient the Interns on Japanese Culture, Work Ethics and Values, thus producing well-disciplined and valuable labor force.
