NET Ship Management Inc. (NSM) was opened in January 8, 2002, and founded by Capt. Norberto E. Tapia, a pillar in the Philippine shipping industry. Established with Brostrom Ship Management AB, we take pride in working with Principals namely Donsotank Rederi AB, SP/F Nolso Shipping/Furetank, Wisby Ship Management AB, Uni Tankers A/S, SP/F Thun Tankers, Brodrene Klovning Shipping AS, Rederi AB Alvtank, SP/F Vinga Shipping and Northern Expedition AB.

We are known in the industry as a service provider of highly trained and experienced seafarers to our valued Principals and serious shipowners. Qualifications for Job Applicants

The agency ensure that only Filipino workers are qualified and medically-fit are deployed. Hence, Filipino workers are medically examined by government-accredited medical clinics or hospitals and trade-tested or trained by training centers authorized by the government.

• Qualification of Seafarers – Only seafarers certified as competent and qualified shall work, be employed or be engaged onboard a ship.
• Minimum Age – No person below eighteen (18) years old shall work, be employed or be engaged onboard a ship.
• Medical Certification – The seafarer shall hold a valid medical certificate issued by a medical facility duly accredited by the Department of Health (DOH) for that purpose, in accordance with its existing rules and regulations.
