Multi Star International, Inc. is a domestic corporation duly organized and existing under Philippine laws with business address at 2492-16 De Agosto Street Corner Tolentino Street, Pasay City, Philippines. The company was established on January 10, 2002 and is headed by its Board Chairman and President, Ms Manuelita L. Albino. The company is primarily engaged in the business of enlisting, contracting, transporting, utilizing, hiring and procuring Filipino professionals, skilled, semi-skilled or unskilled workers, for local or overseas land-based employment. The company was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 22, 2002.

Multi Star International, Inc. was first registered with the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration on April 23, 2002 and was issued POEA License No. 165-LB-040102-NL. The license was renewed on April 24, 2004 under POEA License No. 532-LB-042604-R and was just recently renewed April 24, 2008 which is valid until April 24, 2012 under POEA License No. 187-LB-063008-R. The company is also duly registered with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) – National Capital Region since July 01, 2005 under the PRPA License No. M-05-00-136.

Multi Star International, Inc. has also secured a Mayor’s Permit No. 08-09541 duly issued by the City Government of Pasay. The Company has likewise been accredited by the Office of the Civil Registrar Central, National Statistic Office since July 8, 2002. Multi Star International, Inc. is a bona-fide member of the Philippine Association of Recruitment Agencies Deploying Artists, Inc. (PARADA) since 2002, an association which has entered into Memorandum of Agreement with Japan-based entertainment industry associations for a joint undertaking of welfare program, including the operation of on-site welfare and monitoring centre for Filipino Overseas Performing Artists.

(PASEI), the largest association of service providers in the Philippines.
