We had a terrible experience in JVR agency. This agency also has connected agency here Kuwait, and the person handling the agency here in Kuwait name Marissa, and her husband in Philippines name Nelson, this two has very bad attitude, they dont communicate with the sponsor. When you are calling them for the update of the processing papers they will answer, they process the documents very slow. And never updating what is happening. They let us buy plane ticket, and guarantee us, if the applicant did not came they will pay the ticket, as expected they cancel the flight and not willing to pay the ticket, the applicant came in Kuwait after 3 weeks, and we buy another ticket, but the first ticket, they dont want to pay it, now they are waiting for us to pay for them, we remind them about the ticket we paid last time, they treaten us that they will make problem to us in POEA for not paying, as we message them lets talk in Philippine Embassy in Kuwait, if they want the money, so that the Philippine Embassy will be aware on what we had experience to this bad agency. There are a lot of things to say about this agency. If there any concern person in POEA stop the license of this agency.
