Jebsen PTC Maritime (Formerly Jebsens Maritime, Inc.) is the crewing arm of Abojeb Company. It provides the best people to more than 400 ships presently under its care – boasting 87% retention rate and a pool of 12,500 seafarers.
Jebsen PTC Maritime, Inc. provides crew for tankers, subsea vessels, container ships, bulk carriers, cattle carriers, tugs and passenger ships. It supplies seafarers from the Philippines, Vietnam and Eastern Europe.

Qualifications for Job Applicants
The agency ensure that only Filipino workers are qualified and medically-fit are deployed. Hence, Filipino workers are medically examined by government-accredited medical clinics or hospitals and trade-tested or trained by training centers authorized by the government.
- Qualification of Seafarers – Only seafarers certified as competent and qualified shall work, be employed or be engaged onboard a ship.
- Minimum Age – No person below eighteen (18) years old shall work, be employed or be engaged onboard a ship.
- Medical Certification – The seafarer shall hold a valid medical certificate issued by a medical facility duly accredited by the Department of Health (DOH) for that purpose, in accordance with its existing rules and regulations.
