STEP 1. Register online.

If applicants cannot register online, these are the possible reasons:
a. Applicant may have previous registration using the same email address. Log-in using the same email and click “forgot password” to get a new one.
b. Applicant does not have PEOS ID. Click here to get one – https://peos.poea.gov.ph/

STEP 2. Recruiters will review your application online.

  • IF QUALIFIED – you will receive a notification and instructions for the next step. Only applicants who meet the qualifications/experiences, based on the employer’s job description as advertised, will be notified for further instructions.
  • IF NOT QUALIFIED – the application will be stored in our database for 6 months for possible matching with other client requirements.

IPAMS will get in touch with you if a new job opening that matches your qualifications comes up. We recommend that applicants regularly update their accounts (upload an updated CV/Resume with new experience during the past 6 months, or if there are changes, e.g. new mobile phone number or email address).

STEP 3. Recruiters will send qualified applicants an email, setting an appointment for initial screening via video call.

STEP 4. You will receive an update via email and/or text message if your application has been reviewed and shortlisted by the employer for the final interview, or if your application does not match the requirement.

  • Those initially screened via video call and endorsed to the employer for the final interview will receive a notification. All final interview workshops are conducted via video call.
  • Candidates interviewed by the employer will receive a rejection email if they are not successful with the interview.

STEP 5. Job offers will be given upon receipt of the employer’s selection. Selected candidates will be notified accordingly.
