Goldmarc International Career Corporation is a duly authorized private employment agency by the Philippine Department of Labor and Employment. (DOLE) and the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA). It’s original license to operate was granted on May 08, 1997 and the agency’s new license to operate under POEA’s Certificate of Renewal number 163-LB- 052716-R will expire on May 8, 2020.
The corporation is a closely-knit business with family members as incorporators. The President / Chairman of the Board and concurrently the General Manager owns and manages numerous business establishments ( clubs and restaurants in Olongapo City and Balanga, Bataan ) in addition to being in the construction and trading enterprise. Aside from the above, Mr. Arce has extensive experience in the construction business as an OFW in the Middle East and Australia as well as the U. S. Subic Naval base as an electrical engineer for more than 20 years. Since 1987, the Vice-President / Chief Financial Officer operates and manages promotions and training centers. The rest of the board members are all career professionals.
