I established numerous activity that taught student’s the importance of good manners and right conduct like honesty, courtesy and other values that will enable them to become a good individual. When I was handling grade one students I developed a reader learner, taught them how to solve basic mathematical problems and taught them how to write legibly. As a pre-school teacher, I developed their self –confidence and self- reliance to numerous activities .Taught classes on how to sing nursery rhymes and action song, colors, numbers, letters, shapes, and body parts. This is the most critical age of the learners so that I am very careful of what I’ve taught for them. And this is the most challenging teaching experienced I’ve ever had, but all this hard work are worth it. I have seen my students can recognized all the letters and sound, they can be also recognized the numbers, they can point out their body parts, they can dance and do the action song. I am very happy and have a fulfillment as a teacher to have a teaching experienced like this. For more than 10 years, I provided effective classroom management, creative lesson plans, detailed students evaluations and highly praised instructional delivery. As an ESP Chairman in our school. I initiated some programs with the help of our supervisor to developed and inculcate the mind of the learners which is the importance of honesty. And to join quiz bee that enable them to realize the importance of sportsmanship.
