Formed in 2017, Destiny Twin Dragon Workforce Co. Ltd. (DTDW) is a legitimate overseas recruitment agency in the Philippines. The firm’s humble beginnings started when DTDW’s Managing Partner, a college graduate holding a bachelor degree in Commerce major in Marketing Management in one of the reputable schools in the Philippines, worked as Human Resource Administrator from the no. 1 advertising company in Brunie Darussalam for 3 years. She managed more than 150 different nationalities with multiple ethnic and cultural backgrounds and handled all their working permits from Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) to Labour office to Immigration including work-related issues and conflicts. She eventually joined a licensed recruitment agency in the Philippines as Operations Manager for 2 years where she had the opportunity to personally get involved in all facets of the operations that further enhanced her skills and uncompromised devotion to serve loyal clients from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE, Oman and Brunei Darussalam. The experience that developed into a passion and commitment to bring forth better life for Filipino people and become part of the success of prestigious human resource activities of companies proudly gave birth to DTDW.
