Confederal Project Manpower Services, Inc. (CPMSI) is a Philippine corporation organized and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on 21 August 2003 with its primary purpose to engage in the recruitment and hiring of Filipino workers for land based employment outside of the Philippines. License to recruit, process and deploy land based workers issued by Philippine Overseas Employment Administration valid until 13 September 2018. With its main office registered in Manila, CPMSI has a branch office in the City of Bacolod for our applicants in Central and Southern part of the Philippines.
During early years, Confederal Project Manpower Services, Inc. served employers in Japan after it was granted in December 2004 by POEA to recruit, process and deploy overseas performing artists. By 2006, the Company ventured into deployment of skilled and non-skilled workers to Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam. Then later on inked contracts with employers in United Arab of Emirates and Oman.
Presently, engage in mobilizing and hiring Filipino workforce with its foreign tied-up companies based in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, United Arab of Emirates, Jordan, Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam and Singapore. The foreign tied-ups are well established and recognized in the foreign country where they operate.
In meticulously selecting foreign employers with good track record in employment and retention, CPMSI aims to ensure and balance the primordial interest of protecting the Filipino workers through good working conditions and wages and the foreign employers as well by providing a steady flow of dependable, hardworking and competent Filipino workers.
