3. How long does MWO accreditation take?
It typically takes 7-10 working days for accreditation once all documents are verified. The MWO will issue a certificate of accreditation, allowing recruitment to begin.
4. What happens after the job order is approved by MWO and DMW?
Once approved, Channel International will source, screen, and submit a shortlist of qualified candidates for the employer’s selection. We handle the entire process, from interviews to background checks.
5. How do we select candidates?
We facilitate online or face-to-face interviews for employers, based on your preference.
6. What happens once we select a candidate?
Once a candidate is selected, we assist with obtaining necessary documents such as the Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) and ensure they undergo pre-employment orientation and pre-departure seminars (PEOS/PDOS).
7. What are the costs involved?
Foreign employers are responsible for visa, training, and travel fees. Service fees range from US$500 to US$1,500, depending on the worker’s position, salary, and destination.
