C-man Maritime Inc. is a manning company established in Manila, Philippines on 24th March 2006 primarily for the purpose of providing Filipino crew management services to international shipping industry.

C-man Maritime Inc. was duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (or SEC) on 24th March 2006. It is operating under license issued on 06 July 2006 by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (or POEA) for the recruitment, selection, processing and deployment of seafarers. Teamed by 20 well-qualified, competent, reliable and hardworking Management and Staff and Management that works together in providing effective and efficient manning services for our principals’ satisfaction.

C-man Maritime Inc. office is located at Unit 1001 – 1004, 10th Floor, Aseana Two Building, Bradco Avenue, Aseana City, Parañaque City, Philippines. Our Operations Department and Accounting Department are staffed by people with in-depth knowledge and experience of the company’s business.

We are ISO 9001:2008 and MLC 2006 certified by Det Norske Veritas (DNV). All our staff is Maritime Labour Convention, 2006 certified. We have maintained an Audited Financial Statement by SyCip Gorres Velayo & Co. (Ernst & Young) since establishment.

Qualifications for Job Applicants

The agency ensure that only Filipino workers are qualified and medically-fit are deployed. Hence, Filipino workers are medically examined by government-accredited medical clinics or hospitals and trade-tested or trained by training centers authorized by the government.

• Qualification of Seafarers – Only seafarers certified as competent and qualified shall work, be employed or be engaged onboard a ship.
• Minimum Age – No person below eighteen (18) years old shall work, be employed or be engaged onboard a ship.
• Medical Certification – The seafarer shall hold a valid medical certificate issued by a medical facility duly accredited by the Department of Health (DOH) for that purpose, in accordance with its existing rules and regulations.
