Paradisiac Village Company Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Representative for an overseas employment opportunity in Jamaica. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating property sales leads, assisting prospective buyers and sellers, promoting available properties, negotiating offers, and supporting clients throughout the sales and closing process.
SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, property sales, sales representation, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of property sales processes, client management, lead generation, and sales negotiation.
- Ability to identify potential buyers, sellers, leads, and business opportunities.
- Experience conducting property tours, open houses, and client presentations.
- Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and customer service skills.
- Ability to prepare and explain property listings, offers, contracts, leases, and other transaction-related documents.
- Good understanding of property features, pricing, locations, and market conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate sales and transaction records.
- Professional, confident, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable, adaptable, and committed to providing excellent service to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new leads, prospective buyers, sellers, and other potential clients.
- Conduct property viewings, open houses, and property tours for prospective clients.
- Explain property features, locations, amenities, pricing, and other relevant information to clients.
- Develop and maintain updated property listings containing details such as location, size, features, pricing, and availability.
- Advertise properties through appropriate listing services, marketing channels, and promotional platforms.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and provide accurate information about available properties.
- Assess client requirements and recommend properties that match their preferences and budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, property owners, and other clients.
- Present purchase offers to sellers and assist clients in negotiating prices and other terms.
- Facilitate communication between buyers and sellers throughout the negotiation process.
- Assist clients in reaching mutually acceptable terms and completing transactions.
- Prepare and organize contracts, purchase agreements, leases, disclosure documents, and closing paperwork.
- Coordinate with property managers, lawyers, lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and other professionals involved in property transactions.
- Monitor sales activities, follow up with prospective clients, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Keep accurate records of client inquiries, property viewings, offers, negotiations, and completed transactions.
- Stay informed about property market conditions, pricing trends, available listings, and competing properties.
- Provide regular sales updates and reports to management.
- Ensure that sales activities and documentation comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Provide professional and responsive customer service throughout the property buying and selling process.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
