Linda & Lydia Employment Agency (LLEA) is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in Brunei. This opportunity is ideal for experienced food and beverage professionals with strong supervisory and leadership skills, as well as knowledge of POS systems and basic computer applications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry.
• Proven supervisory and leadership experience in a café, restaurant, or other hospitality business.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, responsible, and capable of managing restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, café, or hospitality establishment to ensure efficient and smooth service.
• Supervise, lead, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high standards of customer service and performance.
• Manage staff schedules, work assignments, attendance, and daily operational requirements.
• Ensure food quality, service standards, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety procedures are consistently maintained.
• Monitor restaurant sales, operating costs, inventory, and other key business activities.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, complaints, and service concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Operate and monitor Point-of-Sale (POS) systems for orders, payments, sales transactions, and reporting.
• Coordinate with kitchen, service, purchasing, and other departments to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies, food products, beverages, and other restaurant requirements.
• Train and guide employees on company policies, service standards, operational procedures, and workplace safety.
• Prepare and maintain daily operational, sales, inventory, and staff-related reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and hospitality industry requirements.
• Assist management in implementing promotions, improving customer satisfaction, and achieving business targets.
• Perform other restaurant management and supervisory duties assigned by management.
