Aureol Global Connections is seeking experienced Car Mechanics to join its automotive service team in Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a wide range of vehicles while ensuring high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for skilled automotive professionals who possess strong diagnostic abilities and are committed to delivering quality vehicle maintenance and repair services.

CAR MECHANIC

Qualifications:

  • Relevant automotive or mechanical industry qualifications.
  • Strong vehicle diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to identify mechanical faults and perform accurate repairs.
  • Experience conducting vehicle health checks and preparing inspection reports.
  • Full and valid driver’s license is required.
  • Must have a valid passport.
  • Applicants must be 25 to 50 years old.
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Punctual, reliable, and highly organized.
  • Ability to work independently, use initiative, and prioritize daily tasks.
  • Strong team player with a willingness to learn and continuously improve technical skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.
  • Willing to work in Ireland and meet the employer’s deployment requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on passenger vehicles according to manufacturer standards.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
  • Conduct comprehensive vehicle health checks and identify maintenance or repair requirements.
  • Repair or replace defective vehicle components, including engine, transmission, suspension, steering, braking, and electrical systems.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure vehicle reliability and performance.
  • Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to verify proper operation.
  • Maintain accurate service records, repair reports, and inspection documentation.
  • Communicate repair findings and maintenance recommendations clearly to customers and supervisors.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and within scheduled timelines.
  • Keep the workshop clean, organized, and compliant with workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with other technicians and service personnel to achieve workshop productivity goals.
  • Perform other automotive repair and maintenance duties as assigned.
