We are looking for an experienced Laundry Supervisor to join a reputable employer in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the laundry department, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality service, and compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.

LAUNDRY SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only
• 33 years old and below
• Must have experience in housekeeping and laundry operations
• Experience in a 5-star hotel is an advantage
• Height requirement: 5’6″ and above
• Experience in supervising laundry staff and coordinating daily operations
• Knowledge of commercial laundry equipment, fabric care, inventory control, and quality standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the laundry department and ensure efficient workflow
• Assign tasks, monitor staff performance, and provide guidance to laundry personnel
• Ensure proper washing, drying, pressing, folding, and distribution of linens, uniforms, and garments
• Maintain quality control standards and inspect finished laundry items before distribution
• Monitor inventory of laundry supplies and coordinate equipment maintenance as needed
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies at all times
• Prepare operational reports and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet service requirements
