Thomas Mining SARL is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk (Order Tracker) to support warehouse and logistics operations in Congo. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring customer and warehouse orders, preparing shipping documentation, and coordinating with suppliers, agents, and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
OFFICE CLERK (Order Tracker)
Qualifications:
- Female, 25–35 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is an advantage.
- Experience in order tracking, logistics coordination, or office administration is preferred.
- Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with suppliers, agents, and internal teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willing to work in Congo and comply with company policies and operational procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor warehouse orders from receipt through dispatch and delivery.
- Update and maintain accurate order records, inventory data, and shipment status in company systems.
- Coordinate with suppliers, shipping agents, warehouse personnel, and internal departments regarding order progress and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and generate shipping documents, including packing slips, shipping labels, delivery notes, and other logistics documentation.
- Verify the accuracy of order details, shipping information, and inventory records before processing.
- Assist in receiving, filing, and organizing warehouse and shipping documents.
- Respond to inquiries regarding order status and provide updates to supervisors and relevant departments.
- Report discrepancies, delays, or inventory issues promptly for resolution.
- Maintain organized filing systems for warehouse, logistics, and administrative records.
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties to support warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
