Al Rashed Foods Company Limited is seeking skilled and experienced Fleet Painters to join its maintenance team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing, painting, refinishing, and maintaining the appearance of fleet vehicles and equipment. Candidates should have experience in automotive painting techniques, color matching, and surface preparation while ensuring high-quality finishes that meet company standards.

Fleet Painter

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Fleet Painter, Automotive Painter, or in a similar vehicle painting role.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Strong knowledge of automotive painting techniques, surface preparation, paint mixing, and finishing processes.
• Experience using spray-painting equipment and related painting tools.
• Ability to mix and match paint colors accurately to company specifications.
• Knowledge of proper handling and storage of paints, coatings, and hazardous chemicals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, including standing for extended periods and working in various workshop conditions.
• Willing to relocate and work in Saudi Arabia.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role

Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, filling imperfections, and applying primer.
• Mix and match paint colors according to company specifications and manufacturer standards.
• Apply paint, protective coatings, and finishing materials to fleet vehicles, trailers, and equipment using appropriate spray-painting techniques.
• Perform touch-ups and repaint damaged, scratched, faded, or worn vehicle surfaces.
• Inspect painted surfaces to ensure a smooth, high-quality finish with proper color consistency and appearance.
• Operate and maintain spray guns, compressors, and other painting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of paints, thinners, solvents, and other hazardous materials in accordance with safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following occupational health and safety procedures.
• Report equipment defects and maintain records of painting and refinishing work performed.
• Perform other related duties assigned by supervisors or management.
