JMC Equipment (M.C. Paulino) is currently hiring Cement Masons for deployment to Guam. This opportunity is ideal for skilled construction workers with experience in concrete works, finishing, and structural construction projects.

CEMENT MASON

Qualifications:

• Experience in cement masonry, concrete works, and construction projects
• Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, leveling, and finishing techniques
• Ability to read construction plans, measurements, and specifications
• Skilled in using masonry and concrete finishing tools and equipment
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual construction work
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a construction team
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and construction standards

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, place, spread, level, and finish concrete surfaces for construction projects.
• Build and install forms for sidewalks, floors, walls, foundations, and other concrete structures.
• Mix, pour, and finish concrete according to project specifications and quality standards.
• Smooth and finish surfaces using hand and power tools.
• Repair, patch, and restore damaged concrete structures and surfaces.
• Measure and mark work areas based on plans and project requirements.
• Ensure proper curing and protection of newly finished concrete.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe working condition.
• Follow construction safety regulations and company procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors and construction crews to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
