CNC PROGRAMMER (LATHE & MILL)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a CNC Programmer (Lathe & Mill).
• Experience setting up and operating CNC lathes and milling machines (Hyundai or similar equipment).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and CAD models and produce CAM programs.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tool offsets, and machine calibration.
• Skilled in using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Experience in inspecting finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance of CNC machines and production equipment.
• Understanding of safety procedures in machining and manufacturing environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with engineers and QC teams.
• Good communication skills and ability to train other machine operators.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines to produce precision parts.
• Interpret technical drawings and CAD models to develop CAM programs.
• Load materials into machines and monitor machining operations.
• Adjust machine settings and tool offsets to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production records and job order documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with engineers and quality control teams to meet specifications.
• Support process improvement and optimization of manufacturing operations.
• Train and assist other personnel in CNC machine operation and techniques.
• Complete daily timesheets and work reports.
• Perform other related duties as required within job capability.
