Civil Project Manager

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer with valid professional registration (Professional License/Board Certified)
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil construction projects
• Proven track record managing large-scale infrastructure or road construction projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent project planning, scheduling, and cost management capabilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Responsibilities:

• Oversee bulk earthworks and mass excavation operations
• Manage RCBC construction (Reinforced Concrete Box Culverts) and RCP works (Reinforced Concrete Pipe installation)
• Supervise road and pavement construction, including HMA (Hot Mix Asphalt) works
• Coordinate survey activities and site layout
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
• Manage multiple project activities simultaneously
• Lead, mentor, and supervise project teams to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion
• Identify and resolve project challenges and risks
