BUTCHER

Qualifications:

• At least High School graduate.
• Proven experience as a butcher or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of different meat cuts and preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities:

• Cut, trim, debone, and prepare meat products according to specifications.
• Ensure proper portioning and presentation of meat items for display or sale.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Store and handle meat products in compliance with food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and report stock levels or shortages.
• Assist customers with meat selection and provide basic product knowledge when required.
