MECHANIC (GAS DIESEL)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in gas/diesel mechanics or related fields
- Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate holder in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 2-year vocational/trade course graduate with certification in Gas/Diesel Mechanics
- Hands-on experience in maintaining compressors, generators, and vehicles
- Knowledge of troubleshooting minor electrical issues
- Experience in manufacturing or pipe coating industries is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting for compressors, generators, and vehicles
- Conduct preventive maintenance schedules and implement corrective maintenance as needed
- Assess work to be done and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Maintain tools and equipment used for mechanic-related tasks
- Suggest improvements to optimize departmental operations
- Report directly to the supervisor regarding mechanical issues or concerns
- Support manufacturing and pipe coating operations with equipment readiness
- Document maintenance work and updates in reporting systems
