INFORMATION & TECHNOLOGY (I.T.) AUDITOR

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT auditing (internal audit or external practice)
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification is preferred
• Strong knowledge of IT governance, risk management, cybersecurity principles, and internal controls
• Experience working with enterprise IT environments, including cloud technologies, ERP systems, and database platforms
• Familiarity with audit standards and frameworks such as IIA, ISACA, and COBIT
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills
• Ability to understand business processes and identify related IT risks and control requirements
• Excellent report writing and communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior leadership
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple audit engagements
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Must stay updated on evolving IT risks, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments
• Excellent command of the English language
• Must have a newly renewed passport

Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Compute and prepare Value Added Tax (VAT) reports and filings
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation
• Perform regular reconciliation of accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and other financial documents
• Generate financial reports summarizing key financial data
• Ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements and preparation of annual financial statements
• Assist in drafting audit findings, observations, and recommendations
• Support audit and accounting activities as needed
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards
