QA/QC Coordinator
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years working experience (5–7 years preferred in QA/QC roles)
- Proven experience in mining, oil & gas, heavy industrial, or large-scale construction projects
- Certified NACE Level 2 Coating Inspector or equivalent (BGAS, FROSIO, CSWIP)
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, QA/QC systems, and testing procedures
- Experience supervising QA/QC teams, preferably in remote project sites
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and implement QA/QC procedures for mining and construction works
- Conduct coating inspections and ensure compliance with international standards
- Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality documentation
- Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and client representatives
- Lead site inspections, audits, and quality reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Monitor and improve quality processes across project sites
