Blaster / Spray Painter

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of overseas experience as a Blaster or Spray Painter.
• Maximum age: 45 years old.
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experienced in surface preparation, coating application, and industrial painting standards.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to blasting and painting operations.
• Physically fit and capable of working in demanding environments.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for coating by blasting, cleaning, and sanding as required.
• Apply protective coatings, paint, or finishes using spray guns, airless systems, or other painting equipment.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to project specifications.
• Follow industrial safety procedures, including the use of PPE and handling of chemicals.
• Maintain blasting and painting equipment in proper working condition.
• Assist with inspection and touch-up work to guarantee smooth, even finishes.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, disposing of waste materials safely.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and production targets.

• Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC).
• OFW Information Sheets.
