Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of working experience in hair care or a similar role.
- No minimum educational requirement for this position.
- Strong knowledge of hair treatments, coloring techniques, and styling.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to upsell products and services effectively.
- A creative eye for styling and customization based on individual client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Hair Treatments: Apply chemical treatments, conditioning masks, and repairing treatments to maintain and enhance hair health.
- Sanitation & Safety: Clean and sterilize tools such as brushes, combs, and shears.
- Sanitize workstations thoroughly after each client to ensure health and safety standards are maintained.
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients to guarantee satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Sales: Actively upsell hair care products and additional services to clients, enhancing their overall experience and boosting salon revenue.
- Consultation & Styling: Analyze clients’ hair, skin tone, and facial features to provide personalized recommendations for haircuts, trims, coloring (e.g., highlights, balayage), and styling (e.g., blowouts, updos).
