PLUMBER

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of overseas experience as a Plumber (matching position).
• NCII Plumbing Certificate required.
• Experience with PVC stack work and plumbing for new apartment, hotel, and hospital projects.
• Previous work experience in Saipan or Guam preferred.
• Age limit: 45 years old and below.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Knowledge of plumbing standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Physically fit and able to work in construction site environments.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems.
• Perform PVC stack installation for new construction projects.
• Work on apartments, hotels, and hospital plumbing systems according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret plumbing drawings, layouts, and blueprints.
• Conduct inspections and testing to ensure plumbing systems are leak-free and fully functional.
• Follow safety procedures, building codes, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other trades for smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Requirements:

• With 3 Years Verifiable Documents (Match Position)
• At least 5 years experience overseas (Match Position)
• Willing to take IELTS if Clients requires
• Has Good English Comprehension
• High School Level can Apply
