Robert Reimers Enterprises Inc., in partnership with Omanfil, is seeking friendly and service-oriented Servers/Waiters to join its hospitality team in the Marshall Islands.

SERVER/WAITER

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in restaurant service or hospitality industry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Experience working abroad is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and present menus in a courteous and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks to customers promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to requests and addressing concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining tables and service areas.
• Process customer payments and issue receipts when necessary.
• Follow restaurant service standards and health and safety regulations.
