Electrical Construction and Maintenance Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Electrical Trade Qualification
- Previous experience in working in a multi-cultural environment.
- Must have a methodical and well organised approach to the work environment.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to interface with colleagues at all levels.
- Must be able to deal with short time frames and handle multiple competing priorities.
- Demonstrated competency in electrical maintenance and installation work.
- Experience managing contractors and maintenance teams.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Must be registered master electrician
Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and supervise all preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical systems, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules to ensure high equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
- Oversee troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and timely repair of electrical issues to restore safe operation.
- Ensure all maintenance work is documented accurately, including test results, work logs, and equipment history.
- Supervise electrical installation and construction works associated with upgrades, maintenance shutdowns, or facility improvements
- Ensure all construction activities integrate smoothly with ongoing operations and maintenance requirements.
- Validate that installations meet engineering specifications, drawings, and compliance standards
