Electrical Construction and Maintenance Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Electrical Trade Qualification
• Previous experience in working in a multi-cultural environment.
• Must have a methodical and well organised approach to the work environment.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to interface with colleagues at all levels.
• Must be able to deal with short time frames and handle multiple competing priorities.
• Demonstrated competency in electrical maintenance and installation work.
• Experience managing contractors and maintenance teams.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Must be registered master electrician

Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and supervise all preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical systems, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules to ensure high equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
• Oversee troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and timely repair of electrical issues to restore safe operation.
• Ensure all maintenance work is documented accurately, including test results, work logs, and equipment history.
• Supervise electrical installation and construction works associated with upgrades, maintenance shutdowns, or facility improvements
• Ensure all construction activities integrate smoothly with ongoing operations and maintenance requirements.
• Validate that installations meet engineering specifications, drawings, and compliance standards
