WAITER/WAITRESS

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience.
• At least a High School Graduate
• Experience working in a restaurant is acceptable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
• Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
• Answer customer questions about menu items, daily specials, and ingredients.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Table Maintenance: Clear used dishes, clean tables, and reset them for the next customers.
• Ensure the dining area remains clean, organized, and hygienic at all times.
• Provide attentive service and respond promptly to guest requests or concerns.
