HOUSEKEEPING

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in housekeeping or cleaning services.
• No minimum educational attainment required.
• Ability to speak English.
• TESDA / NC II Training Certificate is preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of work experience with a valid driving license (if travel between sites is required).
• Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing floors.
• Empty trash bins, replace liners, and properly dispose of waste.
• Monitor and report on the inventory of cleaning supplies, ensuring timely restocking.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards according to company and regulatory guidelines.
• Properly handle and maintain cleaning tools and equipment.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors.
