CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in construction or a related field.
• No minimum educational attainment required.
• TESDA/NC II Training Certificate is preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in supervisory roles on construction sites.
• Driving knowledge is an advantage for transporting staff or materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical schematics.
• Specific trade certifications (e.g., electrical, plumbing) may be required depending on the project.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction operations, manage workflow, and adjust schedules as needed due to delays or site conditions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical schematics to guide construction activities.
• Hire, train, mentor, and supervise crew members and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on site.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to meet project timelines and specifications.
• Maintain records of work progress, materials used, and report issues or delays promptly.
• Operate or supervise the use of construction machinery as required.
