WAITER/WAITRESS

Qualifications:

• No minimum educational attainment required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, and carrying trays for long hours.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and provide recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages, refill drinks, and monitor guest satisfaction.
• Take orders accurately and communicate them to kitchen staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Assist in resolving minor guest complaints professionally.
• Stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods during service.
