Thermoforming Machine Operator

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred for this role.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in thermoforming machine operation (preferred). Possess leadership capabilities.
  • Basic knowledge of thermoforming processes and machine settings
  • Physically fit to handle machine operation tasks.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and adjust machine settings
  • Attention to detail and commitment to product quality and strong mechanical aptitude

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor thermoforming machines according to production schedules.
  • Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate with maintenance when needed.
  • Ensure continuous and safe machine operation during the entire shift.
  • Document production data, downtime, and machine performance.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of machines and the work area following safety guidelines.
  • Report any defects, abnormalities, or risks to the supervisor
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the immediate superior
