Assistant Chef

Qualifications:

• High school graduate
• Minimum 5 years of experience, including 2 years as Sous Chef.
• Good knowledge of kitchen operations and product management.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality, consistency, and smooth service.
• Supervise line cooks and ensure timely preparation of menu items.
• Support menu planning and recipe development.
• Monitor stock levels and kitchen cleanliness.
• Step in for the Executive Chef during absence.
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
