PIPING FOREMAN

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 7 years working experience in piping construction or related field
• Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or similar fields
• Ability to read and interpret P&ID, ISO drawings, and plot plans
• Experience in material control and manpower supervision
• Knowledge of QA/QC requirements and Hydrotest procedures
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Any combined construction experience of oil and gas, petrochemical, gas plant, Refinery, and power plant

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate piping installation activities, ensuring work is completed according to project schedules
• Lead piping crews and assign tasks based on manpower and skill requirements
• Read and interpret P&ID, ISO drawings, and plot plans to execute piping works accurately
• Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Monitor material usage, control inventory, and ensure proper handling of piping materials
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure inspection and testing requirements are met
• Oversee hydrotest preparation and execution in accordance with project procedures
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Report progress, issues, and delays to supervisors and project management
• Maintain accurate records of manpower, materials, and work progress
