Gulf Oil Performance Company (GOPC) is looking for a Dispatch Coordinator to manage the efficient flow of materials, logistics, and inventory for fabrication and construction projects. The role ensures timely dispatch, accurate inventory control, and smooth coordination between warehouse, site, and suppliers. 

Dispatch Coordinator (Materials, Logistics & Inventory)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • 2–5 years’ experience in dispatch, logistics, inventory, or warehouse coordination
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and inventory systems
  • Knowledge of logistics and material handling procedures
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in documentation
  • Ability to work in industrial or construction environments
  • Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia (KSA)
