UAB Emex Transport is seeking an experienced Logistic Manager (Dispatcher) to oversee and coordinate transportation operations. The role involves managing dispatch activities, optimizing routes, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining effective communication with drivers, clients, and internal teams. 

LOGISTIC MANAGER (DISPATCHER)

Qualifications:

• Male Only
• Up to 45 years old
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics companies
• College graduate in a related field (Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Business Administration, etc.)
• Good communication skills
• With certificate of employment
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform professional, managerial, administrative, and knowledge-based tasks
• Willingness to work in Lithuania

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily dispatch operations
• Assign drivers and vehicles based on routes and schedules
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Monitor transportation progress and resolve issues promptly
• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and reports
• Optimize routes for efficiency and cost savings
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams
• Handle customer inquiries and provide updates on delivery status

💰 Salary Information
Salary: 3,000 EUR per month
