Sans International Company is seeking a skilled JCB/Shovel Operator to operate heavy equipment for excavation, loading, and site preparation works. The role requires safe operation, routine maintenance, and coordination with site teams to support construction activities. 

Driver / Operator (JCB / Shovel)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience operating JCB / shovel / backhoe loader
• Valid heavy equipment operator license or certification (preferred)
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects is an advantage
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Good understanding of basic maintenance and troubleshooting
• Physically fit and able to work on site
• Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Responsibilities:

• Operate JCB, backhoe loader, and shovel for excavation and material handling
• Perform site preparation, trenching, backfilling, and leveling works
• Load and unload materials using heavy equipment
• Ensure safe operation of machinery according to site rules and regulations
• Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance
• Report equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance team
• Follow instructions from supervisors and site engineers
• Maintain cleanliness and proper care of equipment
• Adhere to safety procedures and work permits
