Sans International Company is seeking a skilled Site Surveyor (AutoCAD) to perform site surveys, set-out works, and create accurate survey drawings for construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves using surveying equipment and AutoCAD software to ensure correct layout and alignment of civil and structural works. 

Site Surveyor (AutoCAD)

Qualifications:

• Male candidates preferred (if required)
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in site surveying (local experience preferred)
• Proficient in AutoCAD and survey data processing
• Familiarity with total station, GPS, and leveling equipment
• Strong knowledge of civil surveying methods and construction layout
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Responsibilities:

• Perform site surveys, leveling, and setting out for construction works
• Use surveying equipment (total station, GPS, levels) to measure and record site data
• Prepare and verify survey layouts for foundations, columns, roads, utilities, and structures
• Create and update as-built and survey drawings using AutoCAD
• Coordinate with engineers, foremen, and site teams to ensure accurate execution
• Check and verify dimensions, elevations, and alignments on site
• Maintain survey records and documentation
• Identify and report any discrepancies or deviations from drawings
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
