Job Vacancy: Foreman (Mechanical)

Job Location: Saudi Arabia
Sans International Company is seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman to supervise and coordinate mechanical construction activities on project sites in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures mechanical works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Foreman (Mechanical)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a Mechanical Foreman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical installation methods and site supervision
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects is an advantage
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics
- Good leadership, communication, and supervisory skills
- Physically fit and able to work on site
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily mechanical works such as HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, piping, and equipment installation
- Ensure mechanical installations follow approved drawings, specifications, and standards
- Allocate manpower, tools, and materials effectively
- Coordinate with engineers, other trade foremen, and subcontractors
- Monitor work progress and report to site engineers and project management
- Enforce safety regulations and conduct toolbox talks
- Inspect workmanship and maintain quality standards
- Identify and resolve site-related mechanical issues
- Support testing, inspection, and commissioning activities
