Job Vacancy: Estimation Engineer

Estimation Engineer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in estimation for construction projects
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costing
- Proficient in MS Excel and estimating software
- Good analytical, numerical, and documentation skills
- Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia (KSA)
- Familiarity with tendering procedures and contract requirements
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for Civil and/or MEP works
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
- Analyze project requirements, scope, and tender documents
- Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams for pricing and technical inputs
- Prepare BOQs, cost breakdowns, and tender submissions
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options
- Maintain estimating databases and historical cost records
