Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction projects
  • Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of BOQs, contracts, and cost control procedures
  • Proficient in MS Excel and quantity surveying software
  • Good analytical and reporting skills
  • Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia (KSA)
  • Familiarity with FIDIC or similar contract forms
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for Civil and/or MEP works
  • Monitor project costs and support budget control activities
  • Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare cost comparisons
  • Prepare progress valuations, interim payments, and final accounts
  • Assist in variation orders, claims, and change management
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams
  • Maintain accurate cost records, reports, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications
