Procurement Engineer (Civil & MEP)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in procurement (Civil & MEP)
• Experience in construction or infrastructure projects preferred
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabia or GCC procurement standards is an advantage
• Strong negotiation, documentation, and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office and procurement systems
• Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia (KSA)
• Familiarity with BOQs, technical specifications, and drawings
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Good communication skills with vendors and project teams

Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement activities for Civil and MEP materials, equipment, and subcontract services
• Prepare and review material submittals, purchase orders, and technical comparisons
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
• Coordinate with engineering, planning, and site teams to meet project requirements
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract terms, and Saudi/GCC standards
• Track deliveries, lead times, and resolve supply chain issues
• Maintain procurement records, cost reports, and supplier databases
• Support value engineering and cost-control initiatives
