Chef de Partie (Asian Cuisine)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Professional experience in Asian cuisine preparation
• Culinary degree or certification preferred
• Knowledge of HACCP and FIFO standards
• Ability to manage a cooking station independently
• Strong teamwork and supervisory skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Asian dishes to high standards
• Manage assigned station and ensure smooth workflow
• Supervise junior staff and assist in training
• Maintain hygiene and food safety compliance
• Support menu planning and recipe development

Requirements:
